• Back Up SCH TG team to complete TG BH Master POS VM concept Guideline and well execute the arrangement & Installation of different animation
• Ensure successful POS openings, including fixture quality control, precise visual and accessories’ supplement and soft merchandising.
• Responsible for accurate and timely distributions of all seasonal campaign rollout.
• Support Sales team with action plan for promotion collateral and focal product rollouts, as well as PR team at events and popups.
• Educate and motivate POS staff on merchandising basics.

Requirement

1. 6-7 years’ relevant working experiences, previous experience in Sephora is highly preferred
2. Good communication skills
3. Knowledge in construction and project management
4. Very organized and hardworking, drive for results
5. Ability to adapt quickly to emergent issues and react positively to challenges
6. Willing to travel
