Requirement: 1、College/BA in Finance or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years in foreign company environment (preferably in manufacturing). 2、Good English communication skills required. Position requires fluent written/verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with experience in effectively communicating key data, including analysis and presentations to senior management and company leaders. 3、 Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in China. 4、 Knowledge of financial and accounting reporting systems. IT/ ERP savvy and experience with corporate performance management tools like Qlik view/ PBI/ etc. 5、Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles is a plus. 6、 Knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, and profitability analysis. 有制造业工厂财务经理经验，英语能工作语言交流 Responsibility: 1、Support management team in preparing business and capex plans and the annual budget. Drive effective execution of the budget process and follow-up on execution by closely monitoring business performance and proactively advising on improvement processes as well as corrective actions 2、Develop and continuously improve lean finance and operations control, accounting and other processes and procedures in order to ensure business control, quality of administration and reporting in line with legal and corporate standards Ensure company compliance with financial reporting and control requirements 3、Data analysis and preparation/ review of KPI dashboards are key to define (corrective) actions in order to improve operational and business performance. 4、 Ensure adequate assessment and mitigation of risk, and compliance with applicable regulatory or other legal requirements
