工作职责:

1. Facilitate MS development, implementation, administration and improvement;

2. Identify & manage the legal, ISS Group and client requirements on the MS;

3. Assist to set management system Mid-term and long-term strategy and objectives and

conduct “Quality Self-Management Activities”;

4. Design & Develop management system inspection/audit standards for different service

types and take responsibility for full implementation;

5. Manage a monitoring program to verify compliance to legal, ISS and client

requirements as well as the effectiveness of risk controls;

6. Design, and implement management system training program, to improve the

knowledge and competency of ISS employees;

7. Coordinate, guide and support the full/part time MS coordinator to implement the

training, inspection and audit;

8. Contribute to MS technical matters (e.g.: Service Quality standard, risk mgmt., incident

investigation);

9. Monitor and report MS performance （country & segments）to the line manager, carry

out RCA(Root Cause Analysis), develop and conduct the corrective & improvement

actions regarding the deviation;

10. Identify potential opportunities to partner with clients on MS, Service Quality Standard

initiatives and improvement programs or apply these within ISS;

11. Other management system related matters.

任职资格:

？ Education Background and Age: Bachelor or Above, 25 - 35 Years Old;

？ Experience: completed established the QEHS MS, knowledge on ISO22000, SA8000,

ISO50001 and IEC27001 is preferred，3

rd party audit experience;

？ Certificates ： External auditor qualification, certificated quality Engineer will be an

advantage;

？ Others：Strong Communication Competency in English and Mandarin;
