Your Mission

• Lead and execute visual merchandising and store maintenance activities in accordance with company standards and guidelines that achieve the intended retail identity and brand image results

• Provide VM support for retail marketing programs such as the mini display and road show program, tradeshow. Execute and follow-up all in-store changeovers and window display according to the marketing promotion and seasonal events

• Initiate special VM programs with supporting guidelines and design for new store opening, and campaign execution. Conduct daily walkthrough of location, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual and creative appearance of the site

• Train store visual personnel on PUMA zoning and merchandising standards in all aspects of visual merchandising, promotion execution and regular store VM maintenance

• Regular travel for own retail store visits & handling of VM issues; and enhance the overall image

Your Talent

• Bachelor's degree or above. Better in design or relevant disciplines

• 5 years’ above visual merchandising working experience

• Skillful in design software (illustrator; Photoshop)

• Skillful in Office Software (PowerPoint; Excel)

• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

• Trainability

• Initiative and outgoing, positive

• Good work attitude and willing to work under pressure

• Strong fashion sense and with good understanding of the visual merchandising market trend
