Job descriptions and responsibilities

• Provide front-line remote telephone or on-site IT support for internal staff;
• 通过电话或者现场服务为公司内部员工提供IT技术支持；
• Provide functional support on enterprise applications, mobility applications and smart office applications, etc;
• 提供企业应用程序，移动端应用程序及智能办公应用程序等功能支持；
• Participate in the development of internal web application according to IT business requirements;
• 根据IT业务需求，参与内部Web应用端的开发；
• Work with Firm wide GTS team to manage local IT operations to ensure the IT systems are operating reliably; Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of quality IT Service to firm wide staff;
• 与公司范围内的GTS团队合作，管理本地IT运营，确保IT系统可靠运行；负责向公司员工高效、有效地提供高质量的IT服务；
• Working location：Shanghai.
• 工作地点：上海。

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• 计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业学位；
• Work closely with local and remote IT teams to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions, and implement system solutions;
• 与本地和远程IT团队密切合作，评估业务解决方案的技术和操作需求，并实施系统解决方案；
• At least 3 years’ experience in Web front-end development;
• 三年及以上Web前端开发工作经验；
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, bootstrap, etc., understand Ajax technology, and have a certain understanding of browser compatibility;
• 精通HTML, CSS, JavaScript，熟练使用Vue，Bootstrap等，了解AJAX技术，并对浏览器兼容有一定了解；
• Familiar with chart drawing tools： ecarts;
• 熟悉eCharts等图表绘制工具；
• working experience in .net development, proficient in SQL, C # jobs;
• 有.net开发工作经验，熟练应用SQL , C# 语言；
• Capable of oral and written English communication.
• 基本英语听说读写能力。
