长沙招聘

只看2 ~5年左右工作经验的人，有同行业工作经历者优先考虑；

1.     负责完成采购目标和计划 ，积极配合销售人员进行售前询价。

2.     根据公司的销售请购单的产品、数量、品牌及质量要求，制定采购进度计划表。

3.     负责采购合同的拟定、执行及跟进，并将采购订单录入ERP系统。

4.     负责采购产品到达仓库入库情况的跟进，对产品的交货期进行跟踪及控制。

5.     安排提货员进行提货和仓库收货，对来库产品质量进行监督管理。

6.     处理退换货及一般赔偿事宜。

7.     负责供应商资料的收集和拓展，对供应商进行评估考核。

8.     协助仓库，进行仓库的定期盘点核对管理工作。

9.     完成系统中付款单的制作，要求供应商发票及时开出邮寄我司，催促发票并与财务对接工作，与供应商沟通月结和延长付款账期。

10.   完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

11.   完成销售预算指标，达成毛利率、净利率控制指标，降低各项采购成本。

 

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，电子类、自动化类、汽车类、贸易类等相关专业或工作经验； 

2．2 ~5年左右工作经验，有同行业工作经历者优先考虑；

3. 熟悉采购流程，熟悉 ERP 系统，能独立完成采购工作；

4．熟悉供应商评估、考核，熟悉相关质量体系标准； 

5．具备良好的市场调研、分析能力和人际沟通能力；

6 . 服务意识强,工作认真仔细,对价格敏感,有较强的议价及谈判能力.

7. 吃苦耐劳，诚实守信，踏实稳定,具有较强的团队合作精神 。
