We are looking to hire Business Valuation talents in the team. Your duties include but not limited to:

• Conduct business valuation and review for M&A, financial reporting, taxation and other purposes. Valuation subjects include equity and debt interests, intangible assets and financial instruments etc.
• Begin to build an internal network of contacts, e.g., business and community, cross-functional, cross-LoS.
• Prepare concise, well written documents using appropriate business and technical language.
• Demonstrate behaviours such as teamwork, knowledge sharing, maintaining relationships, living the Firm’s values, etc.
• Participate in project planning, administration and economics, e.g., budgeting, staffing, billing and time analysis.
• Delegate tasks; prioritizes and manages assignments of self and others. Elevates issues to project leadership.

Requirements:

• University graduates;
• CPA/CFA/CPV or equivalent qualification is highly preferred;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience;
• Excellent research, financial modelling and financial analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Team players, who work effectively under pressure;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written are essential;
• Experience in intangible assets valuation and purchase price allocation will be a plus.
