1. Conduct assigned daily Break-down Maintenance –.Response immediately when production equipment break-down, recover it quickly.

   执行指派的日常故障性维护.当生产设备故障停机时，快速响应，及时修复出现的问题。

2. Conduct assigned Preventive Maintenance. Finish PM orders assigned timely, effectively.

    执行预防性维护.及时，有效地完成指派的预防性维护订单。

3. Participate in Corrective Maintenance.

   参与设备改善活动。

4. Work with team to finish the inspection scheduled timely, effectively and fully.

   与其他团队成员一起，及时有效并完整地完成计划好的设备年度检验。

5. Finish other assigned workings – Tooling Modify, Equipment installation, and so on

   完成其它指派的工作 – 如：修理工装，设备安装调试

6. Perform maintenance job to ensure safety and ergonomic reliability of equipment;

   维修工作中确保设备在安全和人机工程方面的可靠性

7. Report EHS risks of equipment to supervisor and operation department;

   向主管或生产部门报告设备在EHS风险

   
   

   Competence Requirements:

   
   

  

1. Mechatronics or mechanical related major is preferred

   机电一体化或机械相关专业优先

2. With 3 years of equipment maintenance experience is preferred

   具有3年设备维护经验（偏机修）的优先

3. With experience in operation and maintenance of milling machines, grinding machines, lathes etc. is preferred

   具有铣床，磨床，车床的操作和维护经验（偏机修）的优先
