1. 负责集成功率模块（IPM）的封装制程所用模具及夹、治具的设计和加工；
2. 负责封装体内一些重要机构件，如LF的设计及加工；
3. 负责封装结构设计图纸；零部件图纸；制程装配图纸； 模具，夹、治具外包图纸；客户机械规格图纸及相关文件的建立、维护、存档；
4. 与合作部门及供应商等沟通、协调、及时调整目标和进度，满足项目要求；
5. 机械冲击相关可靠性测试项目的执行及问题解决。

任职要求：

1. 机械专业本科及以上学历。两年及以上机构设计经验；熟练使用Autocad 2D，Pro/E或Solidworks等3D软件；
2. 熟悉典型机械材料及机械加工方法，了解典型加工方法的加工精度，熟悉公差配合；熟悉冲压模具，塑胶模具者优先；
3. 熟悉封装molding模具；wire bonding， die bonding等设备/制程相关夹、治具者重点优先考虑；
4. 有固体力学、流体力学，及thermal相关背景；熟悉ANSYS结构仿真、Moldex模流仿真、 Flotherm热仿真者重点优先考虑；
5. 熟悉电子产品常见机械冲击相关测试者（包括振动测试，冲击测试，跌落测试）优先考虑；
6. 富有团队精神，良好的沟通能力。
