职位描述


  1. Being very good at networking/lobbying activities of connections, promoting the company, facilitating and promoting bids and negotiations
  2. Advanced Business Development attitude and experience

            

a. Being expert in reaching goals and challenges

    

b. Being capable of meeting new people, keeping contacts, and expanding its network (network management, and friendly relationships)

    

c. Being able to do favors to other people (generating a “do ut des” logic even in the medium-long term)

    

d. Being expert in explaining to people complex issues in a simple way with direct terms (extreme capacity of simplification and synthesis)

    

e. Being able to continuously maintain relationships over time even without inputs (with reminders)

    

f. Providing ideas in strengthening relationships with new contacts starting from the observation of details (sports such as sailing, golf, etc…hobbies, Travel, literatura, other passions).

    

g. Having social skills (also with technical knowledge of functions and importance of social networks such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter…)

    

f. Availability for specific connections having extended work schedule, including weekends and evenings (it should be clear that the working time of a lobbyist is not 9-18)

    

g. Public speaking

    

h. Being able to adapt to the Company vision and mission


 Professional Requirements

a. Pharma  Background  or MD or Consumer


b. Professional experience in the same industry (possibly American and multinational companies) in the Compliance, Quality or IT areas

c. min 15 years of experience

d. University Background in prestigious universities (in Italy: Bocconi, Politecnico, Sapienza, Luiss etc etc)

e. Membership of institutions such as PDA, ISPE, etc

f.  Active Network of contacts (including decision makers) in the area of interest

Ability to Demonstrate:

a. Analysing the information from the reference sector and developing a coherent action strategy.

b. Being informed and updated on global and political issues that may have an impacto n the reference sector. Continuous improvement of skills on the market (also in relation to geo-political situations)

c. Being able to predict which issues will remain important, which issues will lose importance, and which issues will become important in the future.

d. Organizing meetings with new or acquired customers (on these having clear competence on projects, involved resources, customer references, relationships and connections) by participating as SME or key account manager, business relationship manager, customer manager…) – all together with sales force

e. Moving quickly managing the results

f. Acting in case of problems and need for escalation, periodically monitoring customer satisfaction

g. Proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit.

h. Attending event providing feed-back
