Job Purpose
Manage smart manufacturing opportunity, from lead generation to order
Promote TCE to market as key smart manufacturing accelerator
KPI
Sales performance and GDSP achievement within responded customers / fields
Responsibilities
DO
– Develop annual business strategy and execution plan with alignment to global and AP strategy.
– Ensure goal alignment and collaboration between responsible BU and Sales, commercial marketing, Vertical, OEM, and Market Access Teams.
– Qualify TCE/Smart manufacturing opportunities and deconstruct customer requirement to Rockwell Automation solutions
– Identify additional key support (BU/Industry/Commercial/Service) requirements and engage with respective owners
– Make joint sales calls with Account Managers for strategic accounts/ opportunities.
– Be part of the engagement process for key application requirements, where necessary
– Improve other peoples Competency level in TCE related field
– Collaborate with Commercial Marketing to promote TCE to the marketing
Oversee
– Monitor market and technology trend, provide feedback and guidance to Product Manager and commercial marketing team for technical development and commercial plan.

High level of expertise in Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0 related field (Lean Production, IIoT, Information solution, Security, Cloud, Virtualization, etc.)

Intermediate level of project plan and implement management skill
Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge and Training Skills
Basic level of expertise in Sales and Marketing Fundamentals, Prospecting & New Customer Development, Customer Relationship Management, Value Based Selling and Account Sales Maximizing.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
w Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Automation is required
w At least 5 years experiences in Information technology, Industrial automation industry, with at least 2 years in Project Management
