•   与业主、工程总包及机电分包公司进行关系维护，挖掘客户需求，为客户提供有竞争力的主机/末端产品应用方案。

• 深入与设计院的沟通，掌握区域内项目动向，并增加特灵产品在项目中的主动性。

• 按照公司既定策略，积极寻求项目机会，扩大市场覆盖，增强特灵主机/末端产品的市场影响力。

• 收集市场及同类产品信息，帮助公司提升产品性能、质量及应用，并创造积极的客户体验。

• 按照公司的销售流程追踪项目进程。

• 按照公司设定的销售目标完成各项业绩指标，完成项目合同执行及收款工作。

• 定期分析和总结销售工作，并按要求调整工作方向。

   

  任职资格:

• 大专及以上学历，暖通空调、建筑环境与设备工程、机电一体化等理工科专业毕业；

• 3年以上中央空调产品直销经验，有中央空调大型水机系统销售经验者优先；

• 有一定的客户资源（工程总包、设计院及行业类客户）；

• 有行业大客户管理经验者优先；

• 工作积极主动，勇于承担，诚信合规，敢于创新；

• 有良好的沟通能力，综合协调能力和团队合作精神；

• 热爱销售工作，追求达成业绩带来的成就感；有弹性，能管理压力及变化；

• 热爱学习并能快速应用新的知识；

• 具备英语读写能力。
