工作地点：上海市杨浦区翔殷路1088号凯迪金融大厦17F，10号线地铁五角场站，下车后步行7-8分钟

工作时间：9:00 - 17:30，做五休二，五险一金，带薪年假

Role & Responsibility

    

1. Assist commercial director in drafting company documents, meeting deck & minutes and working summaries;
2. Assist commercial director to complete the work tracking, reporting, communication and coordination among departments;
3. Responsible for receiving and transmitting company documents, letters and correspondence; Responsible for the handling of official documents within and outside the enterprise;
4. Coordinating and executing sales administration activities: support in bidding preparation, proposal printing & other logistic support to front line sales as necessary;
5. Assist the director in following up some projects;
6. Be responsible for office stationery applying and stock keeping for department;
7. Prepare the birthday card and gift for each team member;
8. Reimbursement application check and process control;
9. Translate as required (email, documents, speech draft, PPT, news, etc.);
10. Commercial department event support;
11. Perform other duties as required.

                                                

    

Requirements:

    

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, standard mandarin, good image and temperament;
2. Able to read and write in English, good at listening and communicating, CET 6 degree or above or relevant background to prove good English proficiency;
3. At least 1 years of admin or sales support work experience;
4. Detail-oriented and self-motivated, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility；
5. Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
6. Strong organization, coordination and communication skills.
