Sales Responsibilities

·         Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales target both on SI and SO, and gain market share in JD & VIP.

·         Daily management with platform and TP. (Biz planning, review, promotion or activity monitor etc..)

·         Cross-departmental cooperation to achieve the goals.

·         Very familiar with TM/JD/VIP operation mode is prefer.

·         Assist in developing E-commerce channel policy and authorization standard.

·        Support new business initiatives and projects. Take other tasks as assigned.

Product & stock management.

·         Develop the product plan and differentiation strategy for the JD/VIP online biz.

·         Based on sales targets, marketing plan, sell-through performance, ensure proper product mix, merchandising.

Campaign operation

·         Campaign planning include sales, selling, products requirement plan.

·         Campaign operation, activity operation, pricing, ADV plan, etc.

·         Campaign reviews include sales, products, ADV targets achievement.

Market insight

·         Research competitor's product promotion schemes evaluate effectiveness of schemes.

·         Tracking market trend and competitors.

Required Experience & Skill :

经验及技能要求：

1. T-mall / JD / VIP hands on experience 5 years or more.
2. B2C distribution & retail dealer management experience is prefer.
3. Personal Computer skills (must include power point, excel, Outlook, Word)
4. Good English skill both written and oral.
5. Good planning and communications skills.
