Your tasks and responsibilities:

1.Technical Respondsibilties:

Provide technical support to internal/external customer, including instrument installation, hardware/software upgrade, routine maintenance, routine service, via phone or on site.

Troubleshoot, analyse, escalate technical issues by following company process.

Support other technical related requirement from internal/external.

Other tasks assigned by supervisor or company

2. SOP & KPI Respondsibilties:

Follow company policy and all related SOP/EHS to fill up forms, documentation, PDA to ensure all actions being traced.

Follow company process to achieve company/department/personal KPI.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Bio-engineering/ Electronics/Mechanics or related major

• More than 2 years working experience in customer service (IVD & healthcare industry is preferred)
