??西门子医疗财务培训生项目旨在培养数字化时代下具有全方位视野的业财融合的高素养财务人员。

??财务培训生项目为期24个月，包括3次轮岗，涉及到财务计划与分析、财务控制、商务、供应链管理（等）中的多个职能。其中的一次轮岗你将有机会在非雇佣地的其他城市工作，实现职业初期的迅速成长与发展，为日后成为财务领域的专家或者西门子医疗管理人员做好准备。??????

??同时，项目涵盖全面系统化的线上、线下专业知识及其他软技能的培训。财务高管将担任你的导师，为你的职业发展提供指导与建议。你也将在培训生项目中建立人际社交网络，为将来在西门子医疗的长期发展奠定基础。

??我们需要这样的你：

• 2021年本科及以上应届毕业生或工作经验两年以内的候选人;
• 财务、经管类专业毕业，ACCA，CPA持证者，对数字化工具（如且不限于Alteryx， Power BI等）、数据分析具有一定掌握及实践基础，或具有一定的编程能力者优先;
• 善于沟通，具有出色的团队协作能力， 英语流利;????
• 敏锐的好奇心，卓越的自我学习能力，勇于接受挑战。??????????????????????
