Key Accountabilities主要职责：

  

Logistic planning

  

·         Planning, determination and implementation of material staging on material number-level (physical and within the SAP-system).

  

·         Identification and removal of transport damages, if necessary, notify the insurance / supplier.

  

·         Creation of quality-reports (8D); error detection and definition of sustainable corrective actions.

  

·         Definition of component packaging and coordination with purchase / suppliers.

  

·         Layout- and process optimizations in coordination with assembly, testing and/or logistics service provider.

  

·         Creation of job instructions / standard work sheets, coordination with logistics service provider.

  

·         Communication with MTU-FN (especially container management).

  

·         New conception of logistical processes.

  

·         Creation of process relevant documents

  

Order management

  

·         Initiation of changes for “wrong” registrations

  

·         Definition of possible delivery dates and if necessary, initiate adjustments

  

·         Authority to set guidelines for the order handling within logistics

  

·         Decide in cooperation with sales-division which demands need to be pre-planned, reduced or shifted to meet the maximum production quantities

  

·         Give instructions / make proposals how to stay within max. production quantity

  

·         Coordination of production quantities for the next weeks with assembly and physical logistics. 

  

Production release

  

·         Prioritize the handling of release- / change-processes

  

·         Arrange modifications of customer orders in the course of technical changes

  

·         Arrange special measures that base on technical changes

  

·         Definition and assignment of IT-requirements (programming orders)

  

·         Initiate measures in external departments in connection with tasks of production release

  

·         Assembly program planning / -control

  

·         Set up deliver- / assembly program overall finished-products in consideration of assembly capacities, order situation, stock, production backlog, delivery backlog, purchase situation etc. and in consideration of deadlines. Schedule non-terminated customer orders as well as models, product versions, special constructions etc. Coordinate postponements

  

·         Track the progress in time of different scope of deliveries, monitor deviations, analyze causes and initiate corrective actions. If shortages threaten to appear, the sequence has to be rescheduled, orders postponed and replaced, extra shifts and weekend labor arranged, the total delivery-/ assembly program to be adapted

  

·         Order supplies according to planned forerun appointment, stock and the production program. Monitor deliveries. Continuous control of availability based on capacities and stock. Coordinate the production deadline in consideration of material availability as well as available capacities, trigger orders for production. Coordinate the nonexecutable orders (e.g. due to missing material, capacity shortage) with other divisions, if necessary, propose alternatives.

  

·         Check bill of materials for deviations

  

·         Categorize orders by type, model, production area etc. Coordination of the available personnel and technical capacities as well as the material-availability. Capacity-balancing through constant utilization

  

·         Determine and trigger priority program in consultation with sales and in consideration of economic and schedule effects

  

·         Check orders concerning the completeness of technical documents, request relevant additions by construction

  

·         Handle customer complaints, including post-disposition

  

·         Assure availability of material, operating supplies. Detect and order missing parts, assure inventory management, coordinate delivery dates. Conduct complaints. Adjust orders to changed production situations. Check order confirmations. Initiate returns.

  

·         Check the goods income for assembly- or production critical deliveries. If necessary, initiate replacement purchases and adjust deliver sequences. In order to utilize the assembly- or production stations and hedge the delivery dates, coordinate and initiate the use of alternative parts and modules in consideration of possible retooling costs. Schedule postponed orders prior.

  

·         Maintain disposition master data. Check launch, phasing out and consumption. Check order invoices. Plan special measures and short-term modifications (e.g. order returns, inventory differences). Initiate scrapping.

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：

  

·         Degree / Diploma holder in Engineering, Economics (or logistics, material management, etc.) or equivalent qualifications

  

·         At least 5 years relevant working experience

  

·         Leadership skills

  

·         At least 3 years of leadership experience

  

·         Fluent in English and good command of both spoken & written Chinese (Mandarin)

  

·         Good computer skills (especially MS Office), familiar with ERP (SAP)

  

·         Product knowledge in engine manufacturing, constructive designing and production technology
