WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO 岗位职责：

The Graphic Design Team Lead is responsible for execution of comprehensive brand design strategy and marketing campaigns. He/she should demonstrate superior ability to drive design thinking from ideation through concept development, refinement, and execution. Creating high quality brand design solutions by directly executing design and leveraging internal/external design execution resources. Ability of planning, organizing, and implementing consistent design principles and production processes is a must.

负责品牌策略及市场活动视觉执行。具有设计理念输出、优化及执行的优秀能力。输出符合品牌调性及风格的高质量视觉设计，运用内部设计及外部执行资源进行设计创意的落地。具有卓越的计划、组织及执行能力，遵循品牌设计规范，按照制作流程，完成创意执行。

1.    Working in collaboration with the Art Director, local brand team and global brand team while leading his/her team members.

       配合美术指导，带领下属设计师，与部门内部同事协同合作。与总部设计部门保持沟通交流

2.    Generates creative design proposals in order to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members.

       参与各活动方案的创意，使创意理念视觉化，并能独立完成与团队内外的沟通分享及提案，并能独立完成或主导各种活动主视觉的设计及制作

3.    Ensure all the deliverables deliver on time and that the materials will perform as planned.

       对接各部门视觉设计需求，相关物料的设计制作及把控，确保所需物料按时提交，并优化产出质量

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT 任职要求：

1.    4+ years of deep brand design experience ( working experience in fashion industry or advertising agency is a Plus), Graphic designer Degree or similar

       4年以上品牌设计工作经验，具有时尚行业或广告行业经验更佳

2.    Bachelor degree or above in art, design and other related majors

       美术、设计等相关专业本科以上学历

3.    Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software (hand sketching, 3D software & video editing is a Plus)

       精通Photoshop、AI等设计软件工具，具有手绘能力、3D软件使用及视频剪辑能力更佳

4.    Extraordinary design taste & skill (shooting & production experience is a Plus)

       审美佳、设计品味及能力优秀，具有摄影、监制经验更佳

5.    Works well with others to deliver results; Effectively communicates (verbally and written) with internal and external stakeholders

       具有团队精神及优秀的沟通能力，能够与内外各团队进行有效沟通

6.    Proficiency in oral and written English

       熟练使用英语进行交流（加分项）

7.    Capability to develop and visualize concepts through hand sketching or computer software

       可以通过手绘或软件完成创作理念呈现

8.    An incurable curiosity relating to all design things, Appetency and passion for the job and creative trends; Derive job satisfaction from what we do

9.    Team oriented, brainstorming sessions or presenting in front of other team members with clear "point of view"

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
