University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit a Finance Advisor in China Beacons Institute

Your Responsibility

Your key responsibilities include:

  

• Daily financial administration including handle daily financial matters, manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable of CBI, process expenditure and income in line with the CBI financial policies;

• Responsible for creating, updating and reviewing financial reports to analyse the financial status of CBI;

• Field all financial queries and respond to queries about the financial policy and procedures;

• Ensure accurate recording in compliance with relevant policies and standards;

• Present financial status to the senior management and provide solutions to finance related problems.

About You

• You should have one-two years’ experience in accounting or finance;

• You should have good knowledge of finance and statistical analysis software;

• You should understand the role of the finance function in a large organisation.

Focusing on Intelligent Manufacturing, Green Chemicals and Energy and Life Science and Health Care, the “Beacons of Excellence” perfectly matches with the development strategy of Ningbo. To expedite the development of China Beacons Institute, it is looking for professional, trustworthy administrative staffs with a passion for grow together with the Institute.

  

Your Remuneration, Benefits and Support

You will be offered a fixed term contract initially of 3 years with University of Nottingham Ningbo China with effect from December 2020 or as soon as thereafter and be seconded to CBI.
