Sales Operation specialists’ role is to manage the proposals and contracts across all product areas within PPC China Group.

 

Key Accountabilities

• Create competitive proposal and budget , including budgets and budget grids, task and responsibility tables, timetables, description of services and payment schedules.

• Lead and manage proposal process, including identifying client requirements, internal key members, targets pricing.
• Multiple project timelines and deliverable management
• Overall management responsibility for the contract process including coordination of Operations, Project Management, Legal, Business Development and Finance to prepare, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Create, negotiate and finalize contractual documents, including Start-up Agreements, Work Orders and Change Orders.
• Direct negotiation on Master Service and partnership agreement
• On-going proactive involvement with project management in review of project status, including review of contractual status to ensure compliance with contractual terms and milestones and identification of changes in scope in contracts.

• May be client facing in order to review and explain budgets, proposals and contracts

• Ensure information relating to contractual documents are processed into and maintained in relevant databases.

Education ? Bachelors Degree in Life Science, Business or equivalent Qualifications

• Fluent in English, oral and written

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Knowledge/fluency in an additional language is required

• Knowledge of clinical trials and the pharmaceutical industry a plus

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects 

• Good numeracy skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

     2012年，PPC佳生在台北（MacKay Memorial Hospital）建立了***家专属I期临床研究中心；2017年初与徐州医科大学合作共同建立了徐州医科大学附属医院I期临床研究中心；2018年，PPC佳生又分别与徐州市中心医院，湖北省鄂东医疗集团黄石市中心医院以及上海市浦东新区人民医院共同建立并开设了三家专属的I期临床研究中心。截至目前，PPC佳生已有5家自主运营的I期临床中心。
