University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit a CBI Postgraduate Administrator in China Beacons Institute.

    

    

Your Responsibility

    

    

Your key responsibilities include:

• PhD student recruitment and admissions work, which include but not limited to manage application processes from submission to final outcome, manage admissions related events including interviews, meetings as well as orientation;
• Students service related work, including assisting PhD students with registration, assisting international students with visa/entry permit application and providing guidance and counseling to students who need appropriate resources, etc.
• Serve as a liaison between applicants, graduate school colleagues and PhD supervisors.
• Coordinate with finance team regarding scholarship, accommodation allocations and tuition fee payment.
• Support the administration of post-doctoral researchers.

                        

About You

• You should have relevant experience of college admissions, multicultural student affairs, or a related field,
• You should have knowledge of customer service
• You should have Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing or related field.

To expedite the development of China Beacons Institute, it is looking for professional, trustworthy administrative staffs with a passion for grow together with the Institute.

You will be offered a fixed term contract initially of 3 years with University of Nottingham Ningbo China with effect from December 1st 2020 or as soon as thereafter and be seconded to CBI.
