Key Accountabilities主要职责：

· Quality Planning: Create a quality strategy and plan together with the subordinates the quality control plans for supplier audits, internal audits, incoming inspection and supplier quality as well as production quality. Further develop and maintain the quality assurance processes.

· Quality Steering: advice the quality staff in coordinating quality issue and take decision for containment activities for nonconforming products as well as defining problem solving methods for quality issues in production and reported from the customer service.

· Quality Control: control quality activities by developing and monitoring KPIs reflecting the problem-solving process and the continuous improvement. Responsible for product approvals and defining the process for acceptance tests of engine.

· Quality Reporting: report the quality status on regular basis to the COO and to the board. Escalate critical quality problems and customer complaints through the shop floor management up to the top management.

· Assign action plans to other departments to resolve quality issues if required.

· Evaluate the sustainability of actions taken.

· Evaluate existing testing methods for possible improvements.

· Collaborate in working out criteria for initial samples.

· Develop further the company′s processes for supplier audits in terms of continuous improvement.

· Enhance knowledge in general standards as well as internal standards in accordance with MTU and Cooltech standards.

· Formulate a strategic plan for the implementation of a continuous improvement process.

· Coordinate the establishment of quality management system as well as HSE management systems together with the management system coordinator (Cooperate with the company to carry out the quality/measurement/environment/occupational health and safety management system certification).

· Responsible for quality cost management, the implementation of factory quality early warning system, the implementation of the quality system KPI at all levels and supervising the quality management information system.

· Organize measuring equipment, measuring instruments and further quality related equipment by establishing a calibration and maintenance plan.

· Responsible for process capability evaluation and internal process audits.

· Responsible for nonconforming product review, product quality analysis and liability judgment.

· Responsible for training of quality methods in the company.

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, production engineering or similar.

· Knowledge in the production processes of Diesel engines, especially in the assembly area.

· At least 5 years of experience in production management and quality management with 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods.

· Very good communication, interpersonal and management skills.

· High assertiveness.

· Fluently in Chinese and English.

· Willingness of traveling.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

· Familiar with QHSE Management system standards (e. g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.).

Preferred:

· Familiar with SAP.

· Knowledge in project management.
