职位描述
Prefer major in admin support;
? Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in both Chinese and English;
? A good team player;
? Service-oriented and proactive;
? Flexible on working hours;
? Stable and attend to details;
? Preferable 2 years’ experience.
? Answer incoming calls or enquiries and greeting visitors in professional manners;
? Meeting room reservation and management, operating meeting facilities and MRM system;
? Arranging car transfers for professionals, maintaining records, preparing monthly billing;
? Ordering lunch and keeping records, preparing monthly billing;
? Maintaining professionals’ travel records and reports;
? Maintaining a supply of stationeries, drinks, food, cleaning supplies etc.;
? Office access control and building access arrangement for visitors;
? Mailing and courier, handle incoming and outgoing posts;
? Operating and managing staff attendance record system, preparing monthly report;
? Managing all office equipment and facilities maintenance and fixing;
? Admin support to the office as assigned.
