General Job Description

We are looking for one ambitious and passionate English technical writer to join our customer documentation team which is mainly responsible for writing customer documentation for various products.

  

Responsibility of the Position

The main responsibility of this position is to write, edit, review, customer documentation in close cooperation with the R&D teams and internal customers in a global setting.

  

Education and/or Experience Required

  

-       Master’s degree in English/Computer Science/Telecommunication or related fields required;

  

-       Minimum 3 years’ experience of English technical documentation writing, or English writing in IT-related experience;

  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  

-       Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

  

-       Team working

  

-       Open and good communicating skills

  

-       Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively and tactfully.

  

-       Good command of graphic tools

  

-       For candidates with an English major, command of the computer/telecom knowledge is a plus.
