职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 参与软件研发过程体系的持续优化和推广；
2、 为软件项目组提供过程培训和过程使用支持；
3、 对软件项目的开发过程和工作产物进行检查，保证软件开发规范落地。
4、 参与制定项目质量目标，监控项目质量情况，推动项目质量目标的达成；
5、 参与客诉与质量事故分析，推动相关对策的制定和执行；
6、 建立和维护研发度量库，定期发布组织过程能力基线，通过数据采集和分析识别过程改进机会；
7、 建立和维护组织财富库并推动使用，包括经验库，教训库、复用库等。
任职要求：
1、 大学本科及以上学历、计算机相关专业；
2、 3年及以上工作经验，有一定的软件开发或测试经验；
3、 有至少一年的软件QA工作经验，熟悉过程改进的工作内容和工作方式；
4、 熟悉CMMI模型或者ASPICE模型；
5、 了解项目管理知识；
6、 工作积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力，较好的团队协作和分析总结能力，有较强责任心和抗压能力。
