Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a perfect alignment between Marketing strategy & Sales execution through the implementation of clear action plans

 Design sales force structure & allocation to optimize investment of resources according to business potential (targeting, sales force sizing & specialization)

 Define clear targets for our Medical Reps in terms of accounts & customers to visit, number of calls, frequency of visits and closely follow up those KPIs to drive a high-performance culture, evaluate the performance of our team and look for continuous improvement

 Analyze KPIs, sales trends and draw conclusions on the reasons explaining performance

 Create & continuously optimize dashboards for an easy visualization of sales & activity KPIs

 Provide deep-dive business analysis for BU, including internal sales performance and external market intelligence

 Take charge of sales incentive management, including incentive scheme design, deployment, calculation and analysis.

 Maintain broad industry knowledge to spot best practices & explore new solutions

 Collaborates closely with key stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Commercial, HR, Finance

 Perform other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. 5+ years working experience in healthcare industry

3. Good interpersonal skills and work well as a team player

4. Proficient at Excel & PPT, and strong business analytics skills

5. Solid business understandings

6. Fluent in both English and Chinese
