Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager/construction manager or other supervisors in coordination and management of exterior and interior project issues, including design, bidding, procurement of materials and on-site construction management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in HVAC or Electrical.

• At least 10 years’ related working experience in MEP installation/fine decoration, etc., with EHS management will be plus.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with clear expression.

• Proficient in related software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office.

• 协助项目/施工经理和其他主管，对内对外管理协调项目事宜，包括设计、招投标、材料采购及现场施工管理；

职位要求:

• 暖通空调/电气专业本科或以上学历；

• 至少10年以上行业工作经验，具有高层办公楼类的机电安装/精装修 相关经验，拥有安全管理经验更加；

• 语言表达清晰，良好的沟通能力、及表达能力；

• 熟练使用相关办公软件：AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office。
