职位描述

What you will do (Responsibilities)

1. Setup and lead a 3-5 persons sales team to foster strong relationships with white space customers through our “METASYS” as a Service Model” to acquire new customers and push through control, HVAC L&M and retrofit orders together as defined company policies.

2. Ensure the forecasted sales target, profit margin and collection of payment is achieved.

3. Provide a continuous management focus, sales pipeline management effectiveness, lead with market expertise and sales support for the new business.

4. Maintain well recaptured existing customers, own the customers to continuous generate budget and bids & Orders and Revenues, representative company with operation team to own customer satisfactions, develop potential new customers and stakeholders (owners, consultants, contractors and government bodies) to win new business fast.

5. Make right sales winning strategies and win best share and recapture % in regional market, demonstrate value –added and solution selling culture, provide impact review and big deals team working to generate sales secured, Secured Margin %, coordinating delivery, collection, sales backlog, inventory management and any other sales related issues at all times.

6. Compliance with Johnson Controls’ policies and procedures at all times.


What we look for: (Qualifications)

1. Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in HVAC engineering, building automation or computer science.

2. Above 6 years working experience in sales, demonstrated successful sales records.

3. Extensive sales management experience in both HVAC and BMS industry, familiar with SFDC tools.

4. Strong technical background in HVAC and BMS system applications.

5. Ability to communicate both internally and externally at high levels, solution selling.

6. Experience working in with regional existing building customers, property management companies, consultants, main contractors and other key stakeholders within the HVAC or BMS products/system business.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in implementing change management in sales process and cross selling initiatives.

8. Good spoken and written in English and Chinese

9. Willing to travel frequently.
