Digital Transformation:

    

·         Responsible for implementing transformation initiatives and leading the team tasked with delivering each transformation project. Manage the change effectively.

    

·         Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that programs are delivered within time, budget, and quality measures. Hold partners to account, and support through change activity.

    

·         Ensuring that all digital transformation projects are delivered to the highest standards using best-in-class tools, techniques, and processes.

    

·         To support the operation post go-live and deal with the sudden situation and lead the team to resolve the issues in the daily operation.

    

CRM:

    

·         Work with teams in planning and ensuring the customer journey from Awareness (acquisition), Interest up to Conversion and Loyalty.

    

·         Work with teams on identifying the content and other marketing material needs across platforms.

    

·         Lead and manage CRM related initiatives including assets and engagements.

    

·         Reviews CRM activities and campaigns for insight and improvement

    

·         Post campaign data and intelligence reporting and communication

    

    

Requirement:

    

·         Minimum of 5+years relevant industry experience in CRM and proven track record of delivering excellent projects.

    

·         Fluency in spoken/written English with bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

    

·         Passion for consumer & data.

    

·         Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment

    

·         Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM. Innovative thinking and proved by case.

    

·         CRM experience on both online & offline, especially online & O+O.

    

·         Have PMP, Prince2 and another project management certification is preferred.
