a. 客户
- 同客户、顾客紧密合作以保持顾客满意度。根据详细的工作计划，收集、理解和满足客户期望。
- 制定客户业务计划，从而为客户建立积极主动的战略目标
b.财务管理
- 客户预算管理和经营分析
- 项目预算及财务目标管理
c.人力资源管理
- 制定培训及发展计划，推动员工发展、提升自身能力和熟练程度
- 制定绩效指标并定期进行总结
- 严格执行公司薪资政策
d.采购管理
- 定期对供应商进行考评，包括供应商资质、产品质量及服务
- 协调、处理项目的投诉，提供书面回复与整改方案
e.项目系统管理
3年以上服务行业工作经验，2年以上管理经验
良好的团队精神
良好的服务意识
较强的沟通技巧
较强的领导力和执行力
基本的电脑办公软件（Word，Excel）操作能力
