Position Description: International PV System Business Assistant

Position Base Location: Shanghai, China

 

Main Responsibilities:

1.      Conduct market research and analysis according to needs, collect various related information, data, and intelligence, and provide references and suggestions for the VP’s decision-making;

2.      Assist the BU President for business process integration.

3.      Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to the VP that are focused on increasing the efficiency of the VP.

4.      Creates or directs creation of reports, charts, budgets and other presentation materials for the VP.

5.      Assist the president to handle external public relations, participate in external business activities, media reception, and be responsible for the reception and arrangement of important customers.

6.      Represents the VP by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging company dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the VP.

 

Key Competency and Skill Requirements:

?   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?   Promoting Process Improvement;

?   Has a broad knowledge and understanding of the company’s operations and business objectives.

?   Use English as working language.

 

Key Experience Requirements:

?   Fresh Graduates, major in Financial or Law preferred.
