1、负责现有产品在生产现场异常件质量问题的分析、判断并做出处理的决定，提出纠正和预防措施以及督促和协调各部门解决质量问题的进度。确保生产在受控、稳定的状态下进行

2、对客诉产品问题点进行跟进分析并提出纠正和预防措施。

3、对现有产品在生产线上的工艺提出持续改善建议

熟悉塑胶产品，对产品要非常熟悉它们的功能要求和特性等并了解检验方法运用检具、量具等相关测量工具。
