职位描述
工作内容
负责中小型呼叫中心客服团队培训计划和呼叫中心质检计划和管理，
呼叫中心客服和多个部门衔接，既有内部操作流程，也有典型的呼叫中心管理，候选人需
要通过电话量采集，数据分析，客户投诉和报修反馈，发现呼叫中心人员和流程存在的问
题，负责制定客服团队短期、中期、长期培训计划，包括服务态度和意识、话术使用、多
媒体渠道使用的培训，并且和客服主管协调领导培训计划的实施；每日抽检客服的通话，
评分和总结，召开团队会议讨论和总结改进计划，促进单个客服人员和客服团队的服务操
作标准化，提升客户服务水平，实现对客户的“卓越服务”！
岗位要求
1. 全日制本科学历，专业不限；
2. 普通话标准流利，口齿清晰，亲和力强；
3. 熟悉呼叫中心管理体系；
4. 拥有呼叫中心培训工作相关经历优先，热爱培训工作
5. 英语读、写熟练，英文cet-4以上，英文口语优秀优先
6. 乐观进取，责任心强，耐心细致，能承受一定的工作压力；
7. 具备沟通协调能力，具有良好的团队合作精神
8. 能熟练运用办公自动化软件；Excol和PPT应用熟练
