As the MAISON Ambassador, Boutique Assistant is a member of boutique sales team. In welcoming and managing waiting time to customers, Boutique Assistant has to ensure the clients are being taken good care of in a most efficient manner. Collaborate with and assist Sales Associate to achieve company sales target, maintain MAISON image, and execute daily operation for the boutique. Boutique Assistant will be trained to take Sales Associate role in the future (target 1 year integration).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Key responsibility 1 – MAISON Ambassador

• Have a clear understanding on Cartier ideals of providing luxury services and experience to customers and adhere to these ideals.
• Welcome each customer and provide customised service in line with service policy of the brand.

? Follow the high standard of Cartier sales and service.

？ Key responsibility 2 – Boutique Sales Assistance and Operation

? Collaborate teamwork in the sales process and assist other team members to achieve their targets.

? Keep abreast of business developments and competitors so as to provide professional analysis to customers and to improve brand awareness and image.

? Understand and follow the compliance rules and security principles of Boutique.

? Ensure boutique environment is clean and safe, and sales equipment is well placed.

? Strictly follow each item of boutique operation manual to ensure effective implementation in daily work.

? Register and record customer information in accordance with the company requirement.

? Submit all kinds of statements timely and accurately.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or above. Overseas background is a plus

Experience:

• 1~2 years’ experience in service industry (e.g. hospitality industry) or service-oriented brands, not limited to top luxury

Critical Job-Related Functional Competencies:

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Logical thinking and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
