Job Description:

• Responsible for employee related activities, including interview arrangement, pre-employment check support, employee on-board, internal transfer process administration, etc.

• Employee P-file management.

• Support employee personal government related documents application/renewal (Hukou, Residence Permit, etc.)

• HR system transaction.

• Other tasks assigned by manager.

   

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree, major in HR related is preferred.

• 1 year above working experience in HR, fresh graduates also can be considered.

• Familiar with knowledge of labor laws and related statutory regulations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Experience with Microsoft office.

• Equipped with responsible, decisive, caring and collaborative personality.

• Proactive, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
