The systems architect develops and maintains the product architecture, detailed engineering product features and requirements based on customer requirements, market requirements and industry feature requests for optical and transmission system products. He/she coordinates and leads cross-functional concept and feature teams and provides technical & directional support to R&D, product management and customer teams Work with design team to finish Software and Management Interface architecture design. Support product and market demand on planning and engineering optical transmission system and complete its evaluation ？ MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electro-optics, Physics or with strong Optical Transport System and fiber optic background is required, PHD is preferred ？ 5+ years optical or related industry design experience in fiber communication companies ？ 5+ years system design experience in telecom industry or optical transmission area ？ Broad and comprehensive knowledge of optical fiber communication in optics, software, network architectures, applications and protocols. ？ Experience in management interface and model design ？ Possess good project working experience with different functions. ？ Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others ？ Ability to recommend and implement improvements ？ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ？ Experience with networked PC based computer systems？
