Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
Manage and support local distributor engineers of providing on-time technical service and PMs for customer satisfaction. Promotion of service contracts and enhancing service revenue.

Main Accountabilities:
1.Get familiar with numbers of systems variety within half year and work independently
2.Improve customers?satisfaction and contract coverage rate.
3.Management skill and corporation with various distributors
4.Manage and support distributors of providing field service in following aspects
-Corrective maintenance
-Preventive maintenance
-Complete and on time implementation of FCA and MAR
-Connectivity to LIS to ensure customer satisfaction; smooth runs and utilization of instrument
5.Promote and execution of service contract
6.Management of local spare parts inventory
7.Provide technical advise and assistance to Sales and Marketing activities of instrument (such as demonstration, exhibitions, tendering)

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1.Post Secondary education in Engineering / Computer / BioMedical Engineering.
2.3-4 Years experience in IVD / Medical / Bio-Medical Science field as service engineer.
