Job Description (Key Responsibilities)：

• First record of the expenses. 核对员工报销
• Bank and cash daily payments. 安排银行付款及现金付款
• Verify the authenticity of the accounting documents received by the Company. 核实公司所收到的付款发票或凭证等是否符合国家规定；
• Keep the accounting materials in an orderly and safe condition. 账簿管理；
• Provide to the accountant with the original vouchers and any other additional information. 提供原始凭证及相关信息给会计;
• Register/Settle vouchers in the system. 在系统里录入、处理相关付款信息；
• Invoices purchase, issuance and verification. 发票购置及管理；
• Attendance to any kind of appointment or seminar organized by the bank, the tax bureau or other relevant bureau.参与银行、税务局及政府其他部门要求的相关事宜;

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours) 

1.  Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting, auditing, etc. 全日制本科以上学历，财务、会计、审计等相关专业毕业;
2. Good at oral and written skills in both Chinese and English. 良好的中、英文沟通及书写能力;
3. 0-2 years of casher experience; experience in an accounting firm preferred. excellent graduate is also welcome. 0-2年左右财务会计及相关经历，在财务公司工作者优先考虑; 优秀的应届毕业生亦可考虑。
4. Proactive, professional and hard working 工作积极、努力、尽职;
5. Good at PC software, including Microsoft Office, and other related software. 良好的电脑操作技能，包括Microsoft Office及其他相关软件;
