MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage the Product Life cycle from Customer / Project Input all the way through to the product End of Life.

1. Participate in a cross functional team as the product owner and drive the team to deliver results;

2. As the focal point, lead cross-functional team in customer qualification audits;

3. Administratively responsible for the program expenses;

4. Build up program development plan

- Develop Product Concept Description Plan per customer inputs;

- Co-ordinate the resource & logistic related to the program;

- Work with R&D/NPI to ensure programs meets profitability and schedule while achieving customer expectations;

5. Ensure complete deliverables in each phase reviews;

6. Track and manage the post-production program performance by means of, supply-demand trend, profit margin and inventory,;

7. Establish plans and cost improvement programs to achieve and improve profit margins;

8. Support company in business and product development, ensure enhancement and efficiency of actions taken with customer satisfaction as ultimate goal;

9. Manage profit and loss by analyzing development costs, quality, pricing policy, etc.; 

10. Self-sufficient in multi-tasking assignments with attention to details;

11. Maintain good relationship between internal and external customers. 

REQUIREMENTS

？ Education:  Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business; PMP certified will have advantage.

？ Experience:  At least 3 years in B-B Sales or project management; familiar with rechargeable battery applications.

？ Skill set:  Computer Savvy (MS Office, Project,  etc.), Risk Assessment, Crisis Management, understands international standards, compliance requirements, and quality issues.

？ Communication: Excellent English verbal communication and business writing skills within bi-lingual work environment.

？ Others:  Excellent team player with strong sense of responsibility and ownership; leadership with ability to work independently.
