职责描述:
Location:Shanghai
1 Manages nominated segments in Mainland China according to agreed global/regional strategy in regard of achieving sales targets, growth, profitability, market share, market presence, completeness of product range, availability of service.
2 Sets up and implements annual sales plan and strategy.
3 Maintains close relationships with existing key account customers through our Key Account manager.
4 Researches and develops relationships with new customers; closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
5 Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
6 Sets up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/principals.
7 Works with technical team to develop new products or solutions resulting in additional business opportunities and sales.
8 Define and review industry product mix and value propositions taking also competitive standing in consideration, define actions and industry entry strategies.
9 Presents new products and services and enhances existing relationships.
10 Guides regional sales team to identify and develops new customers in nominated main and sub-segments, including achieving sales plan.
11 Tracks regional contributors and their accomplishments in nominated segments.
12 Attends and participates in training opportunities and seminars/association events/conferences relevant to this position, and provides feedback and information on market and creative trends.
13 Identifies opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
14 Develop marketing campaigns, provide sales supporting data and material and promote industry specific services, communicate and explain overall value proposition and sustainable competitive advantages to sales organization.
任职要求:
1、Base in Shanghai
2、Bachelor or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, or Business Management.
3、Rich experience in surge protection and external protection are preferred.
4、Fluent English skills.
5、Familiar with MS office, CRM and ERP software.
6、Understanding of budget planning and responsibility.
7、Minimum 5 years of Sales or Marketing management experience in MNC.
8、Rich experience in making and implementing sales strategy and sales plan.
