BASIC FUNCTIONS     

 

To provide a full range of support to the new product development management.

 

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• To understand the market and category related industry information, compile market and competitor information on regular basis for management analysis.

• To support category leader for product development idea, work with project leader, engineer team, design team to follow up the NPD schedule.

• To cooperate with product channel marketing team, trade marketing team, communication team etc. in product launch plan or/and promotion plan related projects when required.

• Be able to provide relevant category information presentation, as well as the performance analysis.

• To assist product managers with internal and external correspondent while product managers are out in the market.

   

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

 

Supervisory relationship: - Report to Associate product manager (China&APAC)

 

 

External/Internal Relationship

 

To work with project leader, engineering team, design team for NPD programs.

To cooperate with regional channel marketing, communication team, sales team etc. for product information, product launch planning, category promotion planning etc.  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

• University or college degree, preferably in marketing related discipline

• With a minimum of one year’s solid product marketing experience, Kitchen &Bath or Electronic industry is preferred

• Good spoken and written English language skills

• Good command of the Chinese and English MS Office software application

• Preferably with basic accounting work knowledge/experience

• Detail oriented and thorough
