Job Purpose

Deliver & execute the assigned project on time with good quality / cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

DO

？ Responsible for providing on-site Drives, PLC, Motion products programming, commissioning and troubleshooting as well as technical support on automation projects to Customers/CSM, involvement engineering and implementing field modernization.

？ Responsible for external customer training in China.

？ Responsible for providing the right off site and on site communication to product Biz Units. 

？ Customer Rockwell Automation equipments/devices periodically maintenance and examination.

？ Responsible for supplying good paperwork of field service and engineering. Ensure all related documentation is well prepared. 

？ Complete Project task based on work order 

？ Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction

？ Keep improving self engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team’s capabilities

？ Support Project Manager on technical issues, such as WBS development

？ Work closely with Project Manager to guarantee customer acceptance

？ Ensure 100% meet technical items defined in sales proposal in project delivery

？ Ensure project implementation follows the procedure of GEC standard

？ Maximize reusable standard product and engineering in project delivery

？ Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives, Intelligent Motor Control, Safety Product, MES / Information Systems, Component Industry Control, Networks, SSB Solutions, and a basic understanding of Motion Control, Medium Voltage Product and Drive System.

？ Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Training Skills, and basic understanding of Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Skill, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).

？ Rockwell Automation products knowledge/work experience is preferred

？ Ability to work well in a team environment.

？ Able and willing to travel or work in site environment.

？ Fluent English language 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

？ Bachelors in Automation or similar.

？ Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences.？
