Responsibilities：
? To manage quotation from creation of opportunity to sales of solutions.
To ensure the integrity of price for the quotation template and update it in a regular basis.
? To liase with procurement and material master to ensure pricing accuracy especially for third party suppliers.
? To manage draft quotation based on main quotation template.
? To manage and maintain software quotation tool from administrator point of view.
? To work closely with technical sales team to generate quotation template and draft quotation.
? To support technical sales team to maintain and update the quotation templates.
? To manage quotation opportunities and update in a monthly basis.
? To be the single point of contact to manage the software quotation platform and the point of contact to IT.
? To support technical sales team in the creation of new material numbers for product and services.
? To support in Ad-hoc reporting of sales figures and opportunities tracking.

Qualifications：
? Diploma or degree holders are welcome to apply.
? Good command of English.
? Candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic sales environment.
? VBA or Python program experience is preferred.
? Outgoing and good interpersonal skills.
? Engineering background would be an added advantage.
