职位描述
岗位职责：
根据客户每日需求进行成品的发运，使用SAP系统打印送货单，打印客户要求标签，并签字存档，检查运输车辆中的成品数量与送货单上一致，保证发车零件质量合格，保证单据签字完整
跟踪协调客户零件运输情况，保证客户零件的及时供货，如有报警应立即向上级汇报
收集并核对运输车辆司机返回的送货回单，确保发出零件与对方接收一致，确保内部客户的在途库存账务及时接收，发现问题及时汇报
负责客户料架账务的处理及差异处理，负责客户料架盘点，确保料架账实一致
负责内部客户和样件、售后的发货，根据自运发车计划打印或签发发车单据，记录自运发车登记表，确保车辆满载率
负责销售对账，配合销售、财务及时开票
负责非条码零件的系统入库，负责成品循环盘点，保证账实一致性
负责成品的季度盘点，并出具盘点报告和差异分析报告
负责组织成品临时料架的翻箱和检验，确保翻箱零件质量合格
岗位要求：
了解排气系统产品知识，了解IATF16949质量管理体系；
了解一条流生产的基础知识；
了解简单的供应链管理知识；
精通各种0FFICE办公软件
3年制造行业生产计划工作经验
