Principal Job Responsibilities: 

l  Work closely with APAC and global marketing team to ensure the good understanding for global campaign concept, creative guidelines, assets, usage rights and to be the core player to leverage the global assets for local needs and cascade the information to sales teams. 

 l  Responsible for achieving the marketing objective and maximizing the communication effectiveness for License brand. 

 l  Develop and execute quality brand and marketing campaigns, WS clients sell in activities , internal staff incentive program throughout achieve innovative and inspiring brand exposure, create impact and support sell in objective. 

 l  Deep consumer knowledge as well as understand WS customer needs in the luxury accessory industry, with strong retail understanding and a strong social/digital mindset in everything we do. 

 l  Knowledge on local content development to fulfill business needs based on pre-alignment with global, esp. for local buying days. 

 l  Understand the products , work closely with product, training teams to adapt the rich and convincing product storytelling content for local WS customer education. 

 l  Brand level report update including biz. review, budget,  brand calendar, product feedback…etc.   

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

• Education and experience：Bachelor degree or above with 5+ years extensive experiences in brand communications across consumer or customer audiences, preferably in retail luxury, FMCG
• Down to earth, successful track-record developing, producing and executing a comprehensive marketing campaign.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, good communication skill
• Agency management skill, project leader and team player mentality
