职位描述
负责香水品类的培训，对外需对接Loreal亚太区与欧洲总部, 参加年度培训； 对内需对接BA与FC，传达品牌核心价值与产品核心卖点，为品牌在中国销售制定年度培训计划。
主要职责：
1. 根据公司发展战略，规划培训需求，建立各项培训制度、培训体系及培训流程，并监督、管理与执行；
2. 根据公司年度营运目标，制定分阶层、分时段的培训计划，监督、管制执行；
3. 规划、分配各相关讲师编制各类培训课纲、教案及课件，并担任培训主讲讲师；
4. 负责新进员工岗前培训的规划、执行，及管控在岗员工按制定的培训计划进度实施在职培训；
5. 因应营运需求，规划执行各门店培训活动，配合营运部门开展相关专业教育课程，提升营运绩效。
任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历；
2. 5年以上化妆品行业营销培训经验，有企业营销培训经历，有丰富的营销培训经验、授课技巧以及团队建设经验；
3. 熟悉教育培训理论知识，熟悉销售培训业务，熟悉企业销售培训体系运作；
4. 具组织协调与沟通能力，勇于接受挑战；
5. 有流利的英语能力。
