职位描述
岗位职责：
1、拟定香水品牌发展策略和全平台定价方案，产品定位；
2、制订全年度品牌推广计划和投入费用预算及损益预估；
3、做好目标消费群调查和品牌跟踪调查；
4、提升品牌竞争力，改良老产品，开发新产品；
5、销售状况追踪，撰写分区域推动计划；
6、作为公司与巴黎品牌方沟通协调主要窗口；
7、以月为单位对品牌的销售指标，利润指标，预算指标进行监控；
8、定期对库存情况进行监控；
9、协助并支持销售经理建立有效且合适品牌的渠道模式；
10、跟进各个执行部门的市场计划，新品上市计划，促销方案，公关媒体计划，培训计划。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，5年以上市场工作经验及品牌发展管理经验；
2、流利英语口语及书面英语；
3、自我激励、良好的组织和协调能力、能在压力下独立工作；
4、良好的团队管理能力；
5、熟练使用办公软件。
