职位描述
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide process and system expertise on Sales and Customer Relationship Management related application systems in AP. Lead/participate Sales/CRM systems implementation. Proactively provide or coordinate all on-going support & maintenance on the Sales/CRM applications.
? Work with user team on new Salesforce projects, process review, to be process design, development and deployment
? Propose new initiatives to support business requirement development for the Sales/CRM applications
? For new business process, discuss with key users for business objectives and customer needs, provide and evaluate optional solutions, implement in Salesforce and provide report to supervise the data input
? Work on enhancement or roll-out best practice solution to meet operational needs.
? Optimize business solutions in SFDC for users to strength User Experience.
? Design & deliver the training & documentation for the implementation of the project
? Manage the data cleansing and conversion plan and solution from IMO prospective whenever necessary
? Provide or coordinate the on-going support & maintenance. Act as a key point of contact between the internal users, third party IT vendors, external customers and technical team.
? Manage user expectation and change management efforts to all stakeholders.
CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS:
? Bachelor degree in IT/MIS or Business Administration with 5-8 years working experience in CRM, eCommerce and e-marketing applications.
? Solid experience of implementation of SFDC systems. Completed at least 1 full cycle SFDC implementation as team leader or consultant.
? IT consulting firm experience is a plus.
? E-Commerce and e-marketing project experience is a plus.
? Business to business EDI project experience with trading partners is a plus.
? Experience in deploying mobile applications in corporate is a plus.
? Ability to drive best practices and standard processes with business colleagues as part of project implementation.
? Good communication skill with users and key stakeholder. Customer/User-Focused mindset.
? Willingness to learn new things. Sensitive to new technology and new solutions.
? Solid IT project management experience and knowledge. Familiar with both waterfall and Agile methodology.
? Result oriented. Commitment and enthusiasm to complete the task assigned.
? Both spoken and written English, Mandarin speaking.
