工作职责:

In vitro ADME scientist is to provide testing services for in vitro determination of drug Absorption, Disposition, Metabolism and Excretion with Non-GLP regulations. The major function is to conduct experiments (e.g. microsomal metabolic stability, CYP inhibition/ induction, plasma protein binding, Caco-2 permeability, and so on) according to the defined protocol independently or collaborating with other members to generate samples, process data, write reports and archive documents meeting requirements.

Communicate with collaborators (e.g. Study Directors, Lab Operators, Bio-analysts and so on) to finish project efficiently; Meet the expected KPI such as workload, data quality, and TAT. Follow the required rules and maintain compliances.

Be creative in problem solving, optimizing workflow/study process and improve the whole group. Keep positive attitude to work and life.

任职资格:

Education: bachelor

s degree or master

s degree in pharmaceutics, cell biology, biochemistry, or other related discipline.

Critical experiences: BS with 2-4 years or MS with 1-3 years working experience in related research area.

English: CET-4 certificate at least, good at listening, reading and writing in English, fluent in oral English.

Computer abilities: Skilled in application of Microsoft office, and data process software, etc.

Others: good communication and coordination skills, strong teamwork spirit, passion for work, capacity in finding and solving problems in time.
