Job Responsibility:

2 Responsible for full set of Accounting books (Local Gaap and US GAAP) for all legal entities.

2 Prepare for the Group consolidation and reporting in line with GAAP.

2 Ensuring that the financial records are accurate and well documented.

2 Ensuring that the books of accounts are compiled every end of the month in line with Company guidelines/GAAP

2 Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.

2 Responsible for the internal control compliance

2 Manage Yearly statutory Audit

2 Make preparation for internal audit and inspection

2 Be responsible for all Tax filing and compliance of local tax regulation.

2 Responsible for daily banking requirements/ payment and management of overdue.

2 Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.

2 Maintain and review lease agreement with company and external lawyers. Be custodian of all commercial agreements.

2 Coordinates with Landlord, insurance broker and other vendor for company’s rent, insurance and related expense and legal requirement

2 Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

2 Supports budget and forecasting activities.

2 Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.

2 Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.

Minimum Requirements:

2 Education

？ Degree in Financial Accounting and Management

？ CPA/ACCA qualification highly desirable

2 Technical Skills and Prior Experience

？ 5+ year’s prior Management experience in the financial accounting/control area.

？ Experience in similar industry.

？ Experience in handling a team of at least 5-8 personnel.

？ Experience working in a Big 4 firm will be a plus.

？ Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting

？ Proficient with ERP or other financial systems. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PPT and Word.

？ Strong written communication skills in English.

？ Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.

？ Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
